OutBack FLEXware 1000 hardware is an integrated, modular set of enclosures for use in applications with large power requirements. Highly versatile, the FW-1000 system architecture will support up to four OutBack FX Inverter/Chargers, four OutBack MPPT charge controllers and all the associated AC and DC components.

From the simplest of back-up power systems to hybrid systems with multiple power sources such as solar PV, wind, micro hydro and back-up generators, the FW-1000 system provides ample room for additional breakers and large cable connections. And the all-aluminum, powder-coated construction is highly corrosion resistant for an installation that looks great longer.  Thanks to a very compact design, FLEXware 1o00 AC and DC enclosures mount with two FLEXware MP mounting plates in either a horizontal or vertical orientation, to allow a fast, and professional looking wall-mounted installation in more space-limited locations.

AC Breaker Enclosure

The FW1000-AC enclosure mounts at the AC side of three or four FX Inverter/Chargers. Supports eight terminal bus bars and one FW-X240 transformer. The FW1000 system utilizes two FW-MPs (mounting plates) and a set of the DCA and ACA conduit adapters for each inverter/charger. DC and AC breakers, Input-Output-Bypass Assemblies and all other additional components sold separately. Includes: Ground bus bar, two DIN mounting brackets and FLEXware 1000 wiring raceway

DC Breaker Enclosure

The FW-1000-DC enclosure mounts at the DC side of three or four OutBack FX Inverter-Chargers. Supports up to eight terminal bus bars (not including GBB) and up to three shunt assemblies depending on configuration. Includes: Ground bus bar, 1000 amp DC shunt assembly, positive bus, breaker mounting hardware, enclosure mounting hardware, two FW-SBUSs and one FLEXware 1000 breaker bus

Mounting Plate

The FLEXware FW-MP is a one piece, powder coated aluminum mounting plate for F1000 systems. The FW-MP makes installation quick and easy by including all of the necessary stainless steel hardware to mount both the AC and DC enclosures, inverter-chargers and breakers. Two FW-MP are required for a complete FLEXware 1000 system.
