For as cabins, chalets, homes, remote communication sites and back-up power systems with modest power requirements, the FLEXware 250 from OutBack accommodates all of the essential protective devices in the smallest possible space at the lowest installed cost. The extremely compact design and unique mounting features allows for mounting of one or two FLEXware 250 enclosures on each end of a single FX Inverter/Charger.

The FLEXware FW-250 enclosure is contructed of powder-coated aluminum and has been ETL listed. It provides breaker spaces for battery, PV array or PV GFP breakers and mounting locations for AC GFCI outlet, AC breakers and an Input-Output-Bypass Assembly. The FLEXware 250′s generous number of knock-outs allows for flexibility in the installation of conduit, cable glands, and other installation accessories.

OutBack FW-250

For applications with a single OutBack FX series inverter/charger and one MX series MPPT charge controller. No mounting plate required. Powder coated aluminum with stainless steel hardware. Wall or shelf mount.  Use as DC and/or AC breaker enclosure. Attaches directly to either end of a single FX series inverter. Includes ground bus bar and DC breaker handle guard. Does not use the DCA or ACA for connection to an FX inverter/charger.
