Surrette Battery has been manufacturing the Rolls line of deep cycle lead-acid batteries for more than 40 years.  Their S4000 and S5000 series’ are specifically tailored for use with solar, wind and other renewable energy generators in off-grid (stand-alone) applications.

Available in 2, 4, 6, 8 and 12 volts, and from 80 to 2430 amp hour capacity at the 20 hour rate.  The Rolls 4000 series is warranted for 7 years (2 years replacement, 5 years prorated) and the Rolls 5000 series is warranted for 10 years (3 year replacement, 7 years prorated).

Many Rolls batteries include dual container construction and high-density polyethylene material maximizing durability and eliminating acid leaks even in the event of a ruptured outer container.  The unique “resistox” plate design offers more resistance to corrosion and maximizes the life of the battery. The life expectancy of Surrette batteries are among the longest in the industry.
