The Blue Sky Solar Boost 50 (50 A/24 V) and Solar Boost 3048 (30 A/48 V) solar charge controllers have patented Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT) technology which increases charge current up to 30% compared to conventional charge controllers.
These Solar Boost charge controllers support large solar module arrays, and can be used to step a higher voltage array down to lower voltage battery. The three stage PWM charge control optimizes charge parameters to battery size and type. Electronic current limit prevents overload or nuisance fuse blowing. Options include battery temperature probe, front mount display and remote display.
